the location was acceptable with close proximity to transport.

the room felt QUITE cold. i asked for an extra duvet but was told there were none. the room carpet did not appear very clean and it was never vacuumed .

the location near the train stations was very convenient. i found it easy to access multiple metro lines. my room had both a fridge and tea making facilities, something i really appreciated. breakfast was continental, something i found typical and adequate.

the room i stayed in was quite small. it made opening my luggage difficult. i had to request the reception to adjust the heater. it was not under my control within the room.

great location cozy hall varied options

The location is near Gare de l'Est and metro stations. Good restaurants and bistros surround the hotel. The hotel also has a nice decor with a very cozy breakfast hall. Breakfast offered a good range of both savory and sweet options..

The elevator stopped between floors sometimes. I had to walk a few steps up or down. This proved slightly inconvenient with luggage.
